From the warm up we would first 3 lapso aroud the track
First we will start with the vegetative warm-up from the bottom up, starting with the ankles and ending with the neck.

Second warming:
Troto moving the arms on circles from side to side knees to chest heels and every three jumps
Specific warming :
For the specific warm-up we will split the class in two, one in each half of the field doing moving passes.
